ARRIVAL
Where can I park and how much does it cost?
Parking is available in sufficient numbers and free of charge for ours directly in front of the hotel. And yes, we also have 3 e-charging stations.
When can I check into my room?
We try to make your room available as early as possible. From 3 PM your room will be freshly cleaned and waiting for you. You are also welcome to talk to us about an earlier check-in.

When does the hotel start serving breakfast?
You can enjoy our breakfast buffet from 7 AM to 10:30 AM – the early bird catches the kernel oil egg dish.

How long is the reception staffed in the evening?
We are available for your requests until 9 PM.
Is there Wi-Fi?
yes, we have free WLan for you in the whole house, very easy without complicated password input.
How long is the wellness area open?
You can relax in our indoor pool with massage jets, our sauna, our steam bath or in the infrared cabin daily from 8 AM – 9 PM. And for a little workout in between, our fitness area is included in the wellness area.
Can I still use the wellness area on the day of departure?
Yes, we will gladly provide you with a packed bath bag and bathrobe on the day of your departure.
Are pets allowed? And how much does it cost?
Yes, you can bring your pets with you. We charge 15,- € per day for your animal companions.
How long is the restaurant open?
Our team will spoil you from 6 PM – 8:30 PM. If you have not booked half board, you are of course still welcome. Please only reserve your table in advance at our reception.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
No, here with us in the mountains it cools down wonderfully in the evening, so we have our natural eco – climate;method: windows wide open and healthy fresh air in.
I forgot my toothbrush, it’s 8 PM, all the stores are already closed. Help!
Calm blood, our reception team has toothbrushes and also the one or other plaster in stock.
DEPARTURE
When do I have to be out?
On the day of departure you should be out by 11 AM, otherwise you will be surprised – by our housekeeping team. If you do need the room longer, no problem – with our Late Check-Out you are welcome to stay longer, but it is best to discuss this when booking or directly on site. Or you can book an extra night.
